CLARITY COACHING SERVICES POLICY

This policy outlines the standards and expectations for all coaching services offered by Ree’s Collective. By booking a Clarity Coaching Call or any related coaching service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

NATURE OF COACHING SERVICES

Clarity Coaching services are faith-led, strategy-focused sessions designed to provide clarity, structure, and direction. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or crisis support.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is a collaborative process that requires honesty, participation, and follow-through.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

All coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Sessions are not confirmed or held without payment.

All prices are listed in USD and are non-negotiable.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time using the reschedule link provided.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Missed sessions or no-shows will be considered a completed session and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

LATE ARRIVALS

Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time will not be added.

SESSION SCOPE & BOUNDARIES

Each Clarity Coaching Call is a single-session experience focused on clarity, discernment, and next steps.

Coaching sessions do not include:

  • ongoing mentorship or accountability

  • done-for-you services

  • follow-up outside the agreed scope

  • emergency or crisis support

Additional sessions must be booked separately.

FAITH-BASED APPROACH

Coaching services are faith-led and biblically grounded. Scripture, prayer, or spiritual reflection may be incorporated if welcomed by the client.

Clients are encouraged to seek professional mental health, medical, or pastoral care when appropriate.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Results vary based on individual commitment, participation, and follow-through. Ree’s Collective does not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, income, or transformations.

Coaching is designed to support clarity and intentional action — not provide quick fixes or overnight success.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & CONDUCT

Clients are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly. Any inappropriate behavior, disrespectful communication, or boundary violations may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

​

HOURS OF OPERATION & COMMUNICATION

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance. Communication outside of sessions is limited.

Emails are typically responded to within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and academic breaks.

AGREEMENT

By booking a coaching service with Ree’s Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
