

This policy outlines the operational standards of Ree's Collective to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all clients. By purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined below. Additional details regarding our design process will be shared with all clients during the onboarding phase.

TURNAROUND TIME & RESPONSE NOTICE
As Ree's Collective is a freelance business operated by a full-time college student, turnaround times may be extended to accommodate academic responsibilities. Our goal is to maintain efficiency while delivering high-quality designs.

Standard turnaround time: 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Extended turnaround: An additional 3-5 business days may apply during peak seasons.

Client responsiveness impacts turnaround time. Delayed responses will result in extended completion times.

HOW IT WORKS

Clients must complete Inquiry Form to book one or more services.

After submitting Inquiry Form, clients will receive conformation email and disscuss project details with Derrice.

After discussing project, the project is scheduled, and necessary documents (contract + invoice + questionnaire) are sent.

All required details (concept, colors, business name) must be prepared before the project start date by the client.

The official start date marks the beginning of the turnaround time.
-
Drafts are shared for review; revisions may extend turnaround time.
-
Upon final approval, a completion contract is sent before delivering final files.

REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BOOKING

High-quality photos (if applicable).
-
A clear concept & vision for each service booked.
-
Brand color scheme & HEX codes must be finalized before the project begins.
-
Business name must be confirmed.
-
References are welcome, but we do NOT accept direct copies of other designers’ work.

SERVICES & FILE DELIVERY
All services are personally completed by Derrice of Ree’s Collective and delivered as high-quality digital JPG/PNG files.

PSD files are available for an additional fee equal to 100% of the original service price.

No physical shipments – all designs are digital.

Final files will only be delivered once the balance is paid in full.

PAYMENTS & FEES

Full payment is required before work begins.
-
Additional fees apply for extra requests post-booking.

Deposits may be required for select services.
-
All payments are final and non-negotiable.

Rush Fee Policy
Rush fees help ensure that last-minute requests are handled with the care and priority they deserve — without affecting timelines for other clients.

What qualifies as a rush project?

Projects requested with a turnaround time of less than 48–72 hours
-
Requests made outside of business hours, including weekends or holidays
-
Urgent revisions needed within 24 hours

Rush Fee Structure:

Flat Fee: $50–$150, depending on the size and complexity of the project

Or: 25%–100% of the total project cost for larger, time-sensitive requests
-
Exact rush fee will be discussed and approved before work begins

Please note that rush projects are accepted based on availability. To avoid rush fees, I recommend booking in advance or communicating your timeline during the inquiry phase.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations after 48 hours are non-refundable.
-
Refunds are NOT issued for dissatisfaction—clients are encouraged to request revisions during the process.

If a client is uncooperative, disruptive, or violates the agreement, Ree’s Collective reserves the right to cancel the project without a refund.

CLIENT RESPONSIVENESS & ACTIVE PROJECTS

Clients must respond within 3 business days during the design or revision phase.
-
If a client is unresponsive for more than 3 days, the project will be rescheduled. No cancellations or refunds will be issued during this period.

If a client delays communication for 10+ days, a late fee will be applied:
-
10-20 days: $50 late fee.
-
21-30 days: $75 late fee.
-
30+ days: $125 + $10 per additional week.
-
60+ days of inactivity may result in a project cancellation, with a max refund of 40% (not guaranteed, case-by-case assessment).

EFFICIENT COMMUNICATION DURING PROJECTS
Excessive communication (constant updates, excessive emails/messages) slows down the design process. To maintain efficiency:

Clients should consolidate inquiries and revisions into a couple of messages per round.
-
Responses will typically be sent within 1-3 business days.
-
Peak times may result in delayed responses.

DRAFTS & REVISIONS

Each project includes three (3) free revisions.
-
Additional revisions will be charged at $10 per change.
-
Revisions extend turnaround times by 2-3 business days.
-
Work-in-progress drafts are the property of Ree’s Collective and cannot be used by the client.

TERMINATION POLICY
Ree’s Collective reserves the right to terminate a project under the following conditions:

Client is disrespectful, unresponsive, or fails to provide required materials.
-
Client attempts to bypass agreed terms or demands work outside the agreed scope.
-
Refunds will not be issued for terminated projects due to client violations.
